Bellarine Estate have two massive prize packs on offer for two lucky Forte readers for their upcoming BBQ and Blues event.
BBQ and Blues returns to Bellarine Estate Winery this November with a stacked lineup of music talent and the most delectable selection of smoky meats on offer.
Taking place on Saturday 2 November from 12.30pm, with music starting from 1pm, BBQ and Blues will be electrified by the renowned talent of blues and rock extraordinaire Joe Camilleri and the Black Sorrows.

One of Australia’s leading blues and rock bands formed back in 1983 by mainstay vocalist Joe Camilleri- who also leads the band with his soulful saxophone and guitar playing – Joe Camilleri & The Black Sorrows will be playing their ARIA Award-winning hits at the annual Bellarine BBQ and Blues Festival including ‘Harley and Rose’, ‘Chained to the Wheel’, ‘Never Let Me Go’ and ‘Hold onto Me’, plus many more to get the crowd rocking blues-style on the day.
Taking to the stage throughout the day, with their electrifying blend of blues and rock, will also be renowned Aussie blues bands Sweet Water Blues, Collard Greens & Gravy as well as crowd favourite – the Phil Para Band returning for another year, due to popular demand. Blues rock legend Phil Para is one of Melbourne’s best-known musicians – playing sold out shows every week and his powerhouse trio will perform a range of his original rock/blues/latin-fusion tunes alongside classic guitar-oriented covers of artists such as Hendrix, Santana, Clapton, Muddy Waters, Stevie Ray Vaughan, to name a few.
Music and meat lovers are in for an unforgettable day as the sweet and smoky aromas of sizzling BBQ and soulful blues tunes fill the air across the Bellarine Peninsula for what promises to be one of the biggest concerts seen on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Complementing the smokin’ hot music is Bellarine Estate’s famous authentic American Texas BBQ, cooked on the smoker and led by winery owner and chief pitmaster Peter Kenny. From succulent ribs and juicy brisket to tender pulled pork and delectable sides, the team has carefully crafted a menu that celebrates the art of BBQ.
Their Texas BBQ pays homage to winery owner Lizette Kenny’s American roots and will be dished up with lots of love and a good serving of American tradition at the popular, picturesque winery overlooking Corio Bay.
