As the world celebrates the 47th anniversary of the King’s passing this August – Bellarine Estate presents this rocking, colourful and energetic stage spectacular on Saturday August 24, 2024, at the Portarlington Parks Hall – which promises to be a night of hip-swinging, heart-thumping musical memories – celebrating the icon that is Elvis Presley and his music that rocked generations and still is relevant and popular today thanks to his adoring fans worldwide and the recent mega worldwide box office hit- Baz Lurhman’s ELVIS film
Featuring classics such as Elvis’s early gold record hits – ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ and ‘Are you Lonesome Tonight’ through to the electric, pumping Vegas years classics – such as ‘Suspicious Minds’ and ‘Burning Love’ – guests are invited to kick off their ‘Blue Suede Shoes’ and enjoy a rockin’ night of great food, great wine and great music.
Performing Elvis’s hits will be Marcus Jackson, Australia’s five-time multi-award-winning Elvis Tribute Artist. Marcus has received the highest honour -being recognised by Elvis Presley Enterprises – so guests on the night are in for an authentic King of Rock n Roll experience. In fact, back in 2016 he won Australia’s largest Elvis Competition called “The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist”, which took him to Memphis where he represented Australia.
