Warrnambool’s Capitol Theatre is hosting a free, all-inclusive movie day this weekend thanks to Optus

Warrnambool residents invited to enjoy a free movie day on Optus.

There’s a lot to love about spending the day at movies, even more so when it’s free!

To celebrate Netflix joining the Optus SubHub subscription platform, Warrnambool residents in regional Victoria are invited to an all-inclusive movie day at Warrnambool’s Capitol Theatre, this Saturday, May 28.

Keep up with the latest in entertainment and local events via our website.

The family favourite and 2021 computer-animated adventure comedy film directed by Clare Knight and Harry Cripps Back to the Outback will be screening, and Optus is encouraging families and friends to get together and enjoy an afternoon on them, with complimentary snacks and drinks available at the theatre.

The movie will run from 1pm to 3pm at Capitol Theatre, 54 Kepler Street, Warrnambool.

Limited seats are available and residents can register their attendance here.

This offer comes as Optus SubHub announces streaming giant, Netflix, as its newest subscription partner to join the subscription management platform.

SubHub makes light work of keeping track of your content subscription services, bringing them together easily on one platform and offering the option to bundle with other world-class subscription partners for up to a 10 per cent discount on multiple paid subscriptions, all as a single payment on your Optus monthly account.

Optus Territory General Manager for Southern Victoria, Jayson Grool, says, “Optus is community driven, and we love creating events for people in the local area to enjoy. I encourage everyone to come to the movie day for a movie and snack on us.”
