Upstate Yoga – Find Your Upstate!

With a strong emphasis on connectivity, a positive state of mind and being able to laugh at life and most importantly, yourself Upstate Yoga is a fun and interactive way to hit the mat.

Expect a comprehensive range of classes including Yin Yoga, Hot Power Flow, Bikram, Sculpt Yoga and Core+ Hot Pilates; the ultimate body-toning practice. And whether you’re a beginner or expert, Upstate Yoga’s passionate and inspiring teachers tailor to every level and challenge you in all the ways you would expect (yep, be prepared to feel the burn!)

As for the interior, polished concrete floors, exposed brick, and industrial details create a contemporary, luxurious aesthetic. The result is a cool, inviting place to call your yoga home. With two locations in Geelong and Torquay, 6 class styles and over 60 classes a week you are certain to find classes you love.

So however you may be feeling there’s something to relieve stress and inject some fun into your daily life as soon as you walk through the studio doors.

Sisters Gail and Charelle Cuolahan are the dynamic duo behind the brand and have been teaching yoga for over a decade, so rest assured you’re in safe hands.

“Practicing yoga has allowed us to open our minds and emulate positivity into every facet of our lives.   We want people to live the best life possible. We create a yoga experience where we sweat, smile and challenge, without taking ourselves too seriously.  Each day is a new day and a new opportunity on the mat for each yogi,” said Gail Asbell co-owner Upstate Yoga.

What you need to know for your first class
