Too Heavy to Hug #628

Welcome to THTH, Forte’s premier source of all things heavy, hard, fast and metal.
This time of year, like every year, there’s a lot happening in the metal world including gigs and annual album wraps, so keep your eyes out for THTH’s Top 5 of 2015, which will be coming soon.
Having said that, I recently joined the now and downloaded Pandora. Whilst the following is totally going to sound like an ad, I can assure it’s not. I love the shit out of this Pandora thing that all the kids are talking about. If you’ve resisted this personalised internet radio service app thing, like I have for so long, then stop doing yourself a disservice and get onto it! Especially, if again you’re like me, and are sick of all of your music and you want to find new music that’s similar all of your other stuff, then Pandora is perfection!
To start off with, I nominated bands such as Panopticon and Wolves In The Throne Room and it’s playing stuff like that that I instantly dig! It’s like being schooled about music by some super insanely nerdy music nerd, more than those nerds in that High Fidelity film, except without their shitty holier than thou attitude, bad breath, pimples, virginity (presumably) and weird voice. Thanks, technology, you’ve finally made finding new shit to listen to so painless.
