This Victorian music festival is letting punters secure their ticket for next year with a stubby holder

Bring on the 2021 festival season.

Created as an opportunity to showcase local up-and-coming Australian talent and the very aesthetically pleasing Great Ocean Road (and all its treasures), Loch Hart Music Festival has quickly become one of Victoria’s best boutique festivals over the last couple of years. The three-day festival has played host to a number of established and emerging performances, including the likes of Alice Ivy, Didirri, Waax, Last Dinosaurs, Alpine, The Senegambian Jazz Band, Genesis Owusu, and more to the delight of hundreds of happy punters.

The regional festival was gearing up to take over the small scenic town of Princetown in Summer for its third edition when the coronavirus pandemic took its toll on Australia and the rest of the world. Forcing the immediate cancellation and postponement of hundreds of concerts, conferences, events and festivals across Australia and the rest of the world, it seemed no one was immune to its effects, and Loch Hart Music Festival included.

Originally scheduled to take place on the weekend, the BYO festival has now given its punters something to look forward to, offering an incredibly cheap ‘dibs’ on tickets for next years festival.

Encouraging festival-goers to ‘loch in’ their next Loch Hart adventure, organisers are selling pretty groovy looking stubby holders for $25, which acts as a full deposit to your 2021 festival ticket. This means that before any tickets officially go ‘on sale’ next year, the team will get in touch with you privately to complete the purchase and ensure you don’t miss out… and after doubling their attendance in their second year, it’s likely this next edition will see them deliver their best festival yet.

Not only is it a ripping stubby holder (perfect for all those summer BBQs we can now have) and a guaranteed spot at next year’s festivities, but it’s also a really easy way to support small and local business. The money also helps the team book the best bands for next year and what’s not to love about that?

The organisers have revealed there will be an extra special surprise for all those who Loch-In their tickets now.

Loch Hart Music Festival will go down November 19-21 2021.
