In perhaps the most tail-wagging news we’ve heard all week, local favourite, Pure Paws Dog Bakery has once again opened a temporary pop-up store in Westfield Geelong, serving up sweet and savoury treats for four-legged foodies in the lead up to Christmas.
Usually found in Newtown, in a little 1860s converted bluestone coach house, full of classical charm, warehouse chic and high-quality and unique pet treats and products, Pure Paws Dog Bakery has popped up in the heart of town for December.

Located on the ground floor of Westfield, in front of Coles on the ground level, the pop-up will be open seven days a week until December 24.
Here you’ll find treats, Christmas dog toys, gifts for humans, Christmas treats, and grooming supplies, with stock constantly changing. At a glance, there’s mugs, gourmet treats, dried treats, biscuits, DIY doggychinos, puptella, and so much more.

For those who prefer to avoid the CBD, you’ll still be able to shop at the Newtown store on weekends from 10am-1pm until December 24.
Founded in 2017 by veterinary nurse and animal obsessed Nedda Tay, Pure Paws Dog Bakery was created to offer a natural and healthy alternative to the harmful commercial treats that flood the market inspired by the love of spoiling pooches with treats. Offering a range of naturally homemade, gourmet Aussie pet treats, Pure Paws Bakery earned quickly themselves a solid reputation for creating some of the best birthday cakes, pupcakes, donuts, biscuits and chocolates in Geelong.
Following some ups and downs over the years, Nedda opened the shop in dog-loving Newtown in February 2021 featuring more than 40 of their best products on offer, alongside a selection of bagged treats, cupcakes, doddy donuts and puppuccinos for the doggos. For the cat lovers out there, the bakery caters for you too with a selection of cat treats also available, including chicken jerky, fishtail bites, sardine balls and lamb lung bites.
