Supplied by the legends at The Cookie Bar in Melbourne, these are not your average cookie, oh no… they are so much more.
Spawned at the height of Melbourne’s lockdowns by baker Gigi, each cookie has been inspired by something cozy, providing an easy escape from reality during the times of hardship. These cookies are a bite of luxury and sweetness all in one, individually designed to the highest quality inside and out.
There’s a tonne of flavours (including vegan and gluten-free options), but our pick is ‘The Silent Killer’, also known as the Cookies & Cream made up of the Original Cookie Dough mixed with crushed Oreos. You will find the centre is filled with a whole Oreo-based cookie smothered in a white chocolate ganache… drool.
‘The Beast’ also looks pretty damn good, made up of Original Cookie Dough mixed with chocolate mud cake and KitKat and centerd with a wheat biscuit, hazelnut cream filling, and injected with homemade marshmallow fluff.
You’ll fall in love after just one taste with these babies. They’re literally packed with unique and truly delicious flavours, generously oozing as soon as you take the first bite. Microwaving is recommended for a truly next-level cookie experience.
Essentially, they’re your favourite cookies on steroids.
You’ll currently find them at two stores in Geelong – Paper Cup & Co in Westfield, and Blank Space Newtown on Pakington Street.
