There's an exhibition of experimental films on at Deakin's Project Space

Hosted by Deakin University Geelong, this exhibition highlights a small selection of experimental screen-based work, both locally and internationally.
The exhibition, titled ‘Screened’ will be presenting six screen-based artists, who explore the realm of the image, in both time and space.
Their work, in a sense, is about film, or the cosmic, but also eluding to its own physicality.
This is the first time most of these works have been presented in a gallery context in Geelong, and they offer the viewer a glimpse into what might be considered ‘expanded cinema’.
You can attend Screened from August 7th to 31st , at the Deakin University Waterfront Campus, from 10 – 3.
