Taking over the That’s Amore Cheese headquarters in Thomastown this Sunday, February 28, the award-winning Italian-style cheese producers will be dedicating an entire day to the fluffy, whey-based cheese, otherwise known as ricotta.

Kicking off from 10am, the Italian-style fiesta will be serving hot ricotta straight from the vat on entry, while the rest of the venue will boast live Italian music, delicious Italian wine and beer from Vino Bambino, and an array of ricotta dishes for guests to feast on. Expect the likes of ricotta gnocchi, ricotta cannelloni, ricotta bruschetta, ricotta balls and ricotta cannoli.

Drooling already? Yeah, us too.

If you think you can handle all the cheesy delights, you have two ticket options to choose from. For $10,

If your stomach is already rumbling (and understandably so), you have two ticket choices. Vai avanti, you won’t see this kind of delicious dedication every weekend.

Numbers are restricted and limited tickets available – so book early to avoid missing out. It all goes down on Sunday, February 28 at That’s Amore Cheese (66 Latitude Boulevard, Thomastown) from 10am to 3pm. Buy your tickets here.
