Learn something new in the Omega and Neil Perry kitchen or watch mozzarella master Giorgio from That’s Amore run three hands-on cheese workshops.
There is a tonne of tasty cheese treats from traders including Wilson & Market with Braised short ribs, cauliflower mac and cheese, Maker & Monger with Grilled toasties, raclette, Reuben, cheese plates, El Alamo with Cheesy empanadas, Fresh Pasta Shop with Mixed cheese ravioli (take home), The Mussel Pot with amazing Champagne mussels and mussels with blue cheese and Fritz Gelato with Cheese inspired ice cream, plus heaps more.
Not to mention some oozy, melted cheesy dishes from some key chefs and establishments.
