The Workers Club are hosting Songs in The Key of Springfield this week

When The Simpsons first found its way into viewers’ hearts back in 1989, its glory also came in the charts with ‘Do the Bartman’ becoming a number one hit in Australia. And since then, they have been consistent with their catchy musical numbers.

If you have just started singing “Dr Zaius, Dr Zaius, ohhhhh Dr Zaius”, “See My Vest” or “Who keeps Atlantis off the maps? Who keeps the Martians under wraps? We do, we do” stuck in your head, then you know what we’re talking about.

Well, for all you Simpson fans out there, the Workers Club Geelong are hosting Songs in the Key of Springfield, a live music event that celebrates the soundtrack to the TV show favourite, a surprise hit created by Australian guitarist and singer Boadz. Prepare for an epic night of song singing, quote slinging and nostalgia explosions.

This show will be performed in addition to a Simpsons-themed trivia night at Geelong’s Workers Club on August 22. Prepare to singalong. Tickets can be purchased here.
