It seems the new rage is giving old pubs of Geelong new life. The Geelong Hotel (previously the Bended Elbow), Centra (previously the Carington), The Inn (previously the Bush Inn) and more have all seen significant renovations.
The Valley Inn is another pub joining the ranks, after recently opening again from renovations mid-November.
Tagged with new branding as ‘The Valley’, the space welcomes a fine dining feel, with an open contemporary space. The changes also marks the addition of a Carlton Draught copper beer tanks, which are filled each week with fresh unpasteurised beer.
There’s also a state of the art sports bar and alfresco dining. Beers/ciders on tap are Carlton Dry, Carlton Pale Ale, Victoria Bitter, Stella Artois, Wild Yak, Fat Yak, Bicycle beer, Mercury Cider and Great Northern mid strength – as per their drinks menu online. There are also several cocktails on offer as well.
You can also become a member of the The Valley, and take part in various events and member benefits (find out more here).
