The Teskey Brothers have been one of the most exciting Australian acts of the last few years, with their opulent blues rock a favourite in both a live setting and on record. They’ve released two acclaimed studio albums, alongside a live album. Their last original LP, Run Home Slow, received three ARIA awards as well as a Grammy nomination.
Pierce Brothers are also much-loved, but have tread a different path to The Teskey Brothers, starting out as buskers, before their undeniable talent transitioned them to larger stages. Pierce Brothers are coming off a new album – into the great unknown another leap into the stratosphere for Jack and Pat Pierce.
Ocean Sounds Festival is billed as a “family-friendly, music-lovers’ all-day sunset concert” that takes place in the serene surrounds of Churchill Island, just off Phillip Island. The best local wines will be on offer, alongside some incredible gourmet food. Bring your best mates and picnic rugs and revel in the magnificence of this beautiful region.
More acts will be announced soon so stay tuned.
