The Melbourne favourite, that blends old school arcade games with alcoholic beverages and a bucketload of fun is coming to Geelong.
Announced recently (and teased with ‘Geelong’s Coolest New Bar Here Soon’ signs) the venue is currently underway with renovations for an opening date soon.
As described on the Facebook site: “Mrs Bartronica and Mr Bartronica of 335 Flinders Lane are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Ms Bartronica. She is a proud arcade bar too!”
Much like the Flinders Lane venue, prepare to be distracted from your friends and dates as you attempt to achieve the high score on the many games on offer.
So far we can deduce there’ll be an original Mortal Kombat game as well as a Mario Kart corner and the newly released Game of Thrones pinball among 15 arcade games in total. Do you even need any more reason to go?
There’s also $1 coinplay, a private booth for larger groups and the option for multi-player battles.
Ms Bartronica is located at 159 Ryrie Street, Geelong and will be opening soon.
