The Living End, Bakers Eddy, Alex Lahey and more join the 2021 Sounds Better Together lineup

The newly announced shows will bring the multi-venue festival to The Espy, The Forum, Theatre Royal and more.

On Monday, Mushroom Group and Visit Victoria announced their new joint venture, 2021 Sounds Better Together. The Victorian music festival aims to revive local tourism and the Australian music industry by bringing some of the country’s most beloved musicians to iconic venues across the state.

The first lineup announcement was stacked with massive names including Jimmy Barnes, Missy Higgins, Daryl Braithwaite, The Teskey Brothers and Deborah Conway, to name a few, and now the second lineup announcement has arrived.

The newly announced shows will bring legendary Aussie acts to The Forum, Melbourne; The Espy, St Kilda; Theatre Royal, Castlemaine; The Whalers Hotel, Warrnambool and The Westernport Hotel, San Remo.

Joining the mammoth lineup comes Alex Lahey, Scott Darlow, Ross Wilson, Fergus James, The Living End, Bakers Eddy, Pierce Brothers and Shannen James, with previously-announced artists Didirri and Mia Wray each returning for a second show as part of the festival.
