The riff-driven funk rock fun of The Kite Machine will be on full display next month when the band heads out for a few dates on the back of their latest single, ‘Charlotte’.
The track has been travelling along very nicely indeed, thank you for asking, hitting the #1 position on the triple j Unearthed Charts. It follows on from their 2015 EP Lunatics, so here’s hoping this is just a snack-sized taste of something bigger to come.
As you may be aware, the line up of the band is slightly different these days. Out stepped founding member Evan Smith, and in stepped Liam Brennan. Unlike the brouhaha surrounding the new Shapes, the new line up continues its winning flavour.
