The Kellybrook Yarra Valley Cider Festival Returns for 2016

The Kellybrook Yarra Valley Cider Festival is almost ready to kick off again, announcing this year’s event will take place later this month. Now in its 28th year, The Kellybrook Yarra Valley Cider Festival will once again spend two days celebrating cider, music and food in all its glory.

Set in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley’s Wonga Park, Australia’s original cider festival will offer everything from traditional farmhouse scrumpy cider and barrel aged ciders to fresh modern styles, and even freshly pressed apple juice.   On the music front, the main stage will host a stellar lineup including The Scrimshaw Four, The Teskey Brothers, Charles Jenkins and The Zhivagos, The Grapes and Quarry Mountain Dead Rats.

Street food will be the flavour of the weekend, with Moo-Baa-Cluck, Franklin’s Classic American, My Calamaro and La Creperie keeping everyone fed. The Kellybrook Yarra Valley Cider Festival will transform Kellybrook Winery in Wonga Park on Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1.
