You can’t miss the new Vegemite Chilli from Chooks Hot Sauces, a twist on the iconic Aussie spread that’ll take your taste buds on a wild ride. Or, if you’re looking to shake things up a bit, be sure to check out Durbalicious’ South African pickle stall, packed with tangy pickles that’ll give your palate a serious kick.
You’ll also find plenty of mouth-watering Ethiopian dishes, offering rich, aromatic spices and time-honoured recipes that’ll transport you to a whole new world of flavour.
But the festival isn’t just about food—it’s about fun, too! Get your competitive spirit on with some seriously spicy challenges. For the kiddos, there’s the brand-new Kids Sweet Corn and Sweet Chilli Eating Competition.
It’s all about fun and laughs, so bring the whole family and get in on the action. For the more daring, the Shot n Holler Competition is returning, where brave souls will take on a shot of tequila and super hot sauce, and then holler to the crowd (if they can handle it).
