If there’s a few things in life we love at Forte, beer and food sit pretty high on the list. Celebrating those two things is the ‘Bintani’s Friday Night Degustation’ held at The Forge’s Housey Housey venue.
The event, which runs as part of the Ballarat Beer Festival program, is a chance to mix and mingle with the brewers while you make your way through a 5-course menu with each dish matched perfectly with a different brew.
The degustation dinner is a huge one for the Ballarat and beer calendar, and it’s one not to be missed – especially when you get to enjoy in dishes like crispy pork hock croquettes (see the full menu listed below).
