This Saturday, December 3, The Drunken Poachers are heading back to play a show for all their local, pub-crawling Geelong fans.
“Last time we played at Irish Murphy’s it was super loose. Best pub in Geelong and good honest Guinness!” the band states via Facebook.
The show is kicking off at 9pm at Irish Murphy’s on Aberdeen Street, Geelong West, with the “rambunctious, whisky swilling, boozy singing sextet” playing three sets, and it is set to be huge!
There’s plenty of parking surrounding the pub, for those wanting to bunker down for a night of drinks, music and overall good times.
If you plan to grab a meal before you head to the band room to enjoy the show, they offer a range of traditional pub food with a contemporary Irish twist. They also happen to be open seven days a week and feature live music or sports throughout most of the week.
