The Creative State Summit returns to Melbourne

Bringing together members of Victoria’s creative sector is what the Creative State Summit is all about! Back again this year from May 30-31st, this year’s summit is all about discussing the future of arts and creative entrepreneurship, centred on the theme of ‘What’s Next?’. Exploring the trends, technological developments, issues and opportunities that will shape, disrupt and power the creative industries in the next decade, making this year’s summit unmissable!

There will be an array of local and international speakers, who will be exploring the innovations, opportunities, and disruptions that lie ahead for the creative industries. The line-up is overflowing with interesting personalities and content, from street artist Rone, Takadashi Kudo of teamLab, Future Pop artist King, Hulary O’Shaughnessy from Playable City as well as the founders of Queer Town Archie Boulter and Grace Carey, to Geelong’s own Kim Cooper (This Hot Mess) and Jesse Malthouse (Humans in Geelong), the list goes on…

This two-day event will include keynote addresses, skill development workshops, open discussion forums and opportunities to delve deeper with the speakers.
