Regional Victoria is where it is at this month when it comes to must-see gigs and live music events.
So, the AFL finals are upon us. That means fans of eight teams will be hoping their team salute, while fans of ten other teams will unenthusiastically put their bare minimum support behind the least objectionable. Then there are those who don’t care at all because not everyone likes everything.
There is, however, everything to like about these September gigs…

It has been 35 years since Toni Childs released her debut album, Union. This show will feature a set of hits and fan favourites, and a set of more recent material.
Seth Sentry – Torquay Hotel, Torquay on September 16
It feels like yesterday when Seth Sentry released his debut album, This is Tomorrow. It has, in fact, been ten years, which is why Seth is taking it out for a spin.
The Coffins – Barwon Club, Geelong on September 16

Clairaudience – The Bridge, Castlemaine on September 16

Jeff Martin is back with two new setlists. The first explores Exile and The Kingdom, while the second explores his other work, including tracks from his latest.

He was a founding member of The Party Boys and The La De Das, but as the leader of The Kevin Borich Express, Borich has been going strong since 1976.
