The Hilltop Hoods and APRA AMCOS have $10,000 that they’re desperate to share through an initiative that hopes to seek out the best in emerging hip hop/soul talent. A couple of rules: the initiative is open to those who have not released an album professionally. Applicants must also be members of APRA AMCOS. Applications open January 20.
