In the final countdown to Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated ‘The Eras Tour’ in Australia, the tour’s official merchandise details have been revealed, and fans are in for a treat.
The tour is set to kick off in just 11 days, and the spotlight is not only on Swift’s performances but also on the exclusive tour merchandise.

Crown Pop-Up Reservation bookings begin on Wednesday, 7 February, 12 noon AEDT via AXS (until allocations exhausted; please note, reservations will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis).

For those eager to get their hands on the first wave of official merchandise, Crown Melbourne will be hosting the inaugural pop-up on Tuesday, 13 February, from 9 am to 6 pm. To manage the expected high demand, fans are required to reserve a spot for this special event. Reservation bookings will open on Wednesday, 7 February, at 12 noon AEDT through AXS, with reservations allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each reservation covers a specific time slot for up to two people and is free but non-transferrable. The reservations will be available in half-hour increments.
Successful reservations must use the AXS app for entry, available for download on Apple App Store or Google Play.
For those unable to make it to the Crown pop-up, alternative options are available. The MCG merchandise presale will run on Wednesday, 14 February, and Thursday, 15 February, from 10 am to 6 pm, near Gate 1 and Gate 5. On show days, external merchandise stands will be open from 12 noon until after the concert. Similarly, Accor Stadium merchandise presale days are scheduled for Wednesday, 21 February, and Thursday, 22 February, from 10 am to 6 pm at the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Avenue. On show days, external merchandise stands will be open from 12 noon until post-concert. No reservations are needed for the MCG and Accor Stadium merchandise presale days – fans can simply turn up on the day.
Attendance at the Crown pop-up or the venue presale merchandise locations does not require a concert ticket, but a confirmed reservation is necessary for the Crown pop-up in Melbourne.
Concert ticket holders can also grab exclusive merchandise inside both venues during show times, but supplies are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Taylor Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’ in Australia, presented by Crown, is set to kick off on 16 February 2024, in Melbourne and 23 February 2024 in Sydney, featuring special guest artist Sabrina Carpenter.
