This sweet little home based cupcakery is the haven for all your sugary cravings!

Each Sunday, Sweet Coast Cupcakes posts a pre-selected mix of 6 unique cupcakes flavours released for the week. While every single one of these cupcake flavours look absolutely mouth-watering, they are even more delectable with every bite!

Birthed during the pandemic by Canadian born owner Michelle Hall, these adorable cupcakes were the silver lining of the tumultuous year that passed. For about 13 years, Michelle had worked in corporate travel and moved around in various roles within the industry.

“It was a crazy time seeing an entire industry crumble and seeing so many friends effected so greatly during the peak of this pandemic,” she says.

“The silver lining for me was the shove I got to finally start the business I had been dreaming of!”

With an undeniable passion for exploring different foods and flavours, Michelle is set on providing a quality cupcake service with a little something to carter for everybody’s tastebuds.

“My absolute passion lies here. I am 100% loving the ride of running a small business so far. The ups and downs, learning, creating, relationships, spreading joy and all the mistakes – it’s all pretty cool.”

Get a hold of the irresistible cinnamon swirl cake, ‘Nutella Gold’ filled with Nutella Swiss Meringue buttercream and decorated with a Ferrero Rocher and Gold Sprinkles; or the crowd favourite ‘Cinnamon Doughnut’ which is loaded with homemade salted caramel and topped with tangy cream cheese frosting and a fresh homemade cinnamon doughnut.

The range of chocolate cupcakes come in a variety of delightful flavours, the ‘Reese Peanut Butter Cupcake’ is topped with peanut butter cream cheese frosting, chocolate and a mini Reese Peanut Butter Cup; the ‘Chocolate Caramel Brownie’ packed with homemade salted caramel and topped with the lot of Biscoff buttercream cheese frosting, a homemade brownie and even more salted caramel.

Now if you can’t get enough of Biscoff, there’s even more! The ‘Caramilk Biscoff’ cupcake has Biscoff biscuit baked into the cupcake providing incredible texture with every bite, and further topped with Biscoff buttercream cheese frosting, another biscuit and a tingly Caramilk drizzle; the ‘Strawberry Shortcake’ also with a Biscoff biscuit base is filled with homemade strawberry swiss meringue buttercream and delicately dusted with freeze dried strawberries.

We know you’re dying for one of their cupcakes already, but it doesn’t end there!

The ‘White Chocolate Raspberry’, one of Michelle’s ultimate favourites is a berry delicious vanilla cupcake filled with Pennyroyal Farm’s raspberry preserve and topped with raspberry cream cheese frosting drizzled with tempting white chocolate! The winter season favourite ‘S’mores’ is a biscuit base cupcake topped with a toasted marshmallow ready to melt in your mouth, chocolate cream cheese and a biscuit crumb; ‘Lemon Meringue’ is generously filled with homemade lemon curd topped with toasted meringue and more finger licking curd!

Sweet Coast Cupcakes is nothing but cupcake heaven!

All the cupcakes are made fresh and delivered in either a pack of six or a dozen if you just can’t get enough! Delivery is free to all 3228 postcodes, or a measly $2 for 3218 or 3216 postcodes. Michelle is currently working on expanding her business further out the region!

There are only a limited number of cupcakes available to order each week, from Wednesday through to Saturday, so get in quick!
