Whip out your phone and throw in these dates because Ballarat’s Suttons House of Music has plenty coming your way. Tomorrow night, September 18, welcomes songman Neil Murray. A founding member of the Warumpi Band, Murray has also released over 10 solo albums. His latest is Bring Thunder and Rain. On September 19 you have the Sam Boon Soul Session featuring local saxophonist, Sam Boon.
More local talent features on September 20 with sisterly duo, The Mary Gardens. Described as “Bonnie Raitt’s evil twin”, Aussie blues guitarist and singer Fiona Boyes is the guest of honour on September 25. Another local, Patrick McCabe, closes out the month on September 27.
