It's an endless summer with Nautica Pool Bar and Restaurant. Nestled into the major hotel chain Rydges in Geelong, the restaurant is transforming Sunday's.
An oasis tucked in the luxurious hotel of Rydges Geelong, Nautica is a culinary showcase of the delectable produce and hidden treats of the Bellarine region.
Serving up a stunning menu of hand-rolled gnocchi with bolognese sauce, winter favourite roast lamb rump with seasonal roast vegetables, locally sourced fish and topped off with a vanilla crème brulee with salted caramel ice cream, the restaurant is open daily for breakfast, standard lunches Monday – Saturday from 12pm, and dinner service Monday through Saturday.
Now as part of the three-week tastebud tour Tastes of Greater Geelong, the renewed restaurant will be offering a special five course lunch service.

The five-course long lunch is a carefully curated menu, designed and presented by Head Chef Richard Hooper. This bespoke dining experience aims to showcase Bellarine Peninsula’s bountiful offerings, backed by the signature Rydges branding – “Refreshingly Local”.
The first five-course long lunch that opened the Tastes of Greater Geelong program on 23 June featured a stunning serving of snapper, gribiche, horseradish and mustard, a spectacular Jerusalem artichoke risotto, parsley and sherry caramel, and a mouth-watering duck leg, duck fat fondant potato, roast leek cumquat jus. Pure heaven for the tastebuds!
This elevated menu is exquisite at only $85 per person. Keep lifting the elevator by adding a beverage pairing package for a steal at $35 per person.
