Geelong, prepare yourself for an afternoon of fun, bubbles, and incredible guest speakers and play your part in ending period poverty with the annual fundraising event, DigniTea.
The beloved event is run by Share The Dignity, an Australian charity that works to make a real, on the ground difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough. They distribute period products to those in need and work to end period poverty here in Australia. When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.

Each year, DigniTea events consist of High Tea events, held across the month of May in Darwin, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Geelong, Melbourne and Hobart, in celebration and recognition of World Menstrual Hygiene Day (28th May). These events usually raise over $450,000 and bring together over 5,000 people to have a fun, entertaining afternoon to make a difference for those doing it tough.
This year the high tea will take to Geelong’s Peninsula Room, Novotel Geelong on Friday 27 May 2022 12:30pm – 3:30pm.
