Revered Australian songwriter Sarah Blasko will be hitting the road, unveiling ‘The Soloist’ tour that will see her perform without a band for the first time.
It’s the first time since 2013 that Blasko has undertaken such an extensive tour.
“It feels like the right time to challenge myself, take the leap and finally do some headline shows on my own,” said Blasko. “I’ve slowly been gathering the courage after enjoying a few solo support spots overseas a few years ago. I’m hoping to reimagine material from all of my albums and premiere some new songs as well. I want this to be a really unique & transformative experience for both myself and the audience”.
She’ll play Theatre Royal, Castlemaine on Thursday, May 25, at GPAC, Geelong on Friday, May 26 and the Melbourne Recital Centre on Thursday, June 15. Tickets via her website.
