The redhot weather will be met with the redhot sounds of CC Jerome, The Kingcats, The Lincolns, Atomic HiTones, Little Billy, A Band Called Twang and Wes Pudsey & the Sonic Aces when one of the coolest gigs in Ballarat, the Ballarat Beat Rockabilly Festival, arrives in February.
Other features include theatre burlesque (Friday & Saturday), a car show (Sat & Sun), market stalls (Sat & Sun), the Ballarat Beat pinup competition (Sat), dance lessons and demonstrations (Sat & Sun), a fashion parade (Sun), a best dressed competition (Sun) and the poodle parade (Sun). There is even a Valentine’s Day Prom on the Sunday night. Ballarat – February 11-14.
