For three nights this month Ballarat’s Suttons House of Music will hand the keys over to the Rockabilly Weekend. Sun Rising will kick things off on February 12. Paying tribute to the golden era of rock and roll, Sun Rising performs renditions of your favourite ‘Sun’ hits.
Next up is The Inferno’s on February 13. With their ‘pommiebilly’ sound, the band mixes originals with covers of rare ’50s and ’80s tracks. Rounding out the weekend will be The Rechords on February 14. The trio is a little country, a little rockabilly. They’re a little bluegrass, a little rock.
