The mind-blowing New Year’s festival experience, Lost Paradise, held just an hour’s drive from Sydney, has announced its anticipated return, taking over Glenworth Valley from Wednesday, December 28 2022 to Sunday, January 1 2023 with an all-star lineup.
Having cemented itself as a world-class cultural event, bringing together some of the world’s hottest acts, emerging musical talent, yoga teachers and practitioners to feed the soul through revelry, connection and discovery year after year, the festival has truly levelled up for 2022 with a mammoth lineup of international superstars and fierce local talent, including Arctic Monkeys, Lil Nas X, Jamie xx, Ocean Alley, Spacey Jane, G Flip, PinkPantheress, Ebony Boadu, and loads more.

The festival last ran over New Year’s Eve 2019/2020, with a line-up that included RÜFÜS DU SOL, Hilltop Hoods, Golden Features, Dom Dolla, The Jungle Giants, among others, before taking a forced two-year absence due to the pandemic.
With many acts featuring on the just-announced Falls Festival lineup, the cool thing about Lost Paradise is that it’s a camping-only festival, respectfully set on ancient land known to local Indigenous elders as ‘Paradise Lost’. It offers a completely immersive escape from city life. The guiding vision is to provide a creative, inspiring and respectful environment of extraordinary experiences and encourage people to forge deeper connections with nature, others and themselves.
This year, Lost Paradise are introducing a ban on single-use plastics, requiring all guests to acknowledge the “Paradisian Pledge” in order to purchase tickets. Encouraging its festival attendees to be aware of the environment, the goal is to minimise pollution and leave the campsite with no waste. As well as empowering guests to play a proactive role in their efforts, Lost Paradise use building materials built from 100% recyclable materials, and are proud to say the festival site produces zero landfill.
