Designed for thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts, this Victorian business offers guests a private cliffside picnic at Mt Buffalo. And by cliffside picnic, we actually mean on the side of a cliff – 300 metres above the ground.
For $449, you and your date or pal will be suspended on a purposely-built ledge suitable off the side of the mountain, complete with unparalleled views of Mount Buffalo National Park, a delicious picnic hamper and all the safety equipment and training required.
It’s completely safe and all you need to bring is warm clothes, sturdy shoes (no heels ladies), a water bottle and a real sense of adventure. The experience goes for three hours with sunrise, lunch and dinner packages all available. Plus, it includes a warm-up abseil session to get you comfortable.
