Following a huge 2015 in which they released their selftitled album and stormed their way across the US and Europe, enduring heavyhitters Psycroptic are back on home soil.
Formed out of Hobart in 1999 by the Haley brothers, Dave and Joe, the band recorded their debut, The Isle of Disenchantment, with assistance from the Tasmanian Council of the Arts. A live review by heavymetalbands.info of their January 30 show at Brisbane’s Crowbar had this to say: “The band works hard in a live situation and their stage presence is impeccable. I have seen the band a number of times over the years and I can absolutely say that Psycroptic in 2016 are better than ever.”
