Following an technicolour teaser campaign to signal the new years festivals vibrant return, Beyond The Valley unveil updates to the highly-anticipated 2024 event.
The annual celebration of music, arts, and camping, Beyond The Valley is returning for its ninth edition, offering an opportunity to escape everyday life and immerse oneself in a world of self-expression, creativity, and connection. Today they have announced exciting updates to their 2024 program and have opened presale registrations for the eager festival-goers.

Taking place on the lands of the Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar Peoples, Beyond The Valley will transform Barunah Plains into a vibrant oasis with immersive experiences, world-class stage design and production, and a diverse lineup of genres. As their teaser campaign alluded, this years Beyond The Valley is as bold and vivid as ever with surprises, hidden delights sand a haven of experiences on offer all at the one festival ground. They have confirmed the return of favourite zones including The Sanctuary which features the Podcast Stage Takeover as presented by The Daily Aus, and the return of drag bingo POOF DOOF, swimming pool heaven at the Beach Club. Seek and you shall find Red Bull Unforeseen along with the re-imaging of a BTV classic, Smirnoff Schmall Klub.
That’s all in addition to the Beyond The Valley’s iconic main stages, with the festival confirming the return of The Valley Stage, Dance Dome, and Dr Dan’s, all of which will host a mix of international and homegrown artists, alongside up-and-coming tastemakers. Since its inception in 2014, Beyond The Valley has featured renowned artists such as Nelly Furtado, Dom Dolla, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Tyler The Creator, The Kooks, Central Cee, Bonobo, Little Dragon, Jamie XX, Peggy Gou, Chance The Rapper, Honey Dijon, Kaytranada, Stormzy, Charlotte De Witte and many more. This year is teased to be even bigger.

On the camping front, feel free to pitch your own tent or enjoy a Lux experience with on-site accommodation options allowing you to fully immerse in the BTV experience, including lux camp, pre-pitched tents, premium camping and general camping tickets. For those who prefer off-site comforts, various accommodations are available in the beautiful local surrounds of The Surf Coast and Geelong. Offsite ticket options will once again be available in 4, 3, 2 and NYE Only options once again.
This year, BTV will also introduce Single Day tickets for the first time, allowing attendance on any main festival day – 29 Dec, 30 Dec, or enter for one day for a New Year’s Eve celebration. Single Day tickets do not include camping and allow patrons to go home once the music finishes for the day. It’s a great option if your dying to see one of the great acts bound to be playing this years event.
