Conceived in 1990 by the late British/Australian composer Michael Easton ARAM and the pianist Len Vorster, the Port Fairy Spring Festival is a celebration of classical and contemporary ensemble music.
Held across three days, the program also features drama, orchestral and choral music, jazz, opera, dance and free open air performances, as well as school performances, master classes, pre-concert talks, artist ‘talks and conversations’ and art exhibitions. The festival will be held across October 7, 8 & 9, with the program set to be announced at the end of July/early August.
