Pond Announce Australian Tour With Stinging New Album

The Perth psychedelic rockers jump on the road for dates throughout June and July 2024

Mark your calendars for Friday 21 June 2024 as ‘Daisy’ and ‘Paint Me Silver’ songsters, Pond release their highly anticipated tenth album Stung! out via Spinning Top Records.

The news of the new album is accompanied by a new single and music video ‘(I’m) Stung’ along with a host of tour dates for a national run throughout June and July, their first time back since 2022. Their homecoming sees them head to Hobart, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Fremantle, along with a stop at VIVID Sydney and Splendour In The Grass.

Since 2008, the collaborative project has seen the band churn out exciting, mind-binding tracks and playing infectious live shows, earning them massive support spots alongside fellow rockers Queens of the Stone Age across Australia and New Zealand, as well as playing sold-out shows across the UK and Europe for their headline tour.

Their upcoming offering is no different with last months single ‘Neon River’ leading the charge, receiving praise from the likes of NME, Rolling Stone AU, DIY, The Line of Best Fit and Rough Trade.
