With all the doom and gloom about the possible end of new independent cinema The Pivotonian, it seems everything has come to fruition. The cinema Gods have been listening.
Announced as part of their closing celebration, Jessica Litsas and Mark Walter revealed the new home for their cinema. The new spot is set to be a warehouse on Church St, Geelong West and the duo are awaiting confirmation from council to turn the venue into a two-screen cinema.
Over the past few months, locals have found a new appeal in heading to the cinema thanks to The Pivotonian and it would make sense to keep it around. Jessica and Mark are still raising funds to get the new location of the ground, to show your support donate what you can to their Pozible campaign.
