Pinchy’s Champagne and Lobster Bar is hitting the road this month with the final Pinchy’s On Tour, taking its famous lobster rolls, pre-batched cocktails, sustainable seafood and premium vegan dishes across Melbourne, including stops at Heidelberg, Maidstone, Ringwood and even Geelong.

Renowned as one of Melbourne’s best seafood restaurants, Pinchy’s combines the luxury of lobster and champagne with a laid-back, neon pink setting right in the heart of Bourke Street. The level-one eatery has a 100-square-metre open-air balcony with street views while the glowing pink inside features velvet booths, tables to seat up to 75 and two separate bars that serve either cocktails, craft brews and non-alcoholic drops, or French champagne, local sparklings and an Italian prosecco. As for the menu, it’s exclusively of small plates and is around 80 per cent seafood and 20 per cent vegan.

Sounds pretty luxe right? Well for those in Geelong who haven’t had the chance to venture into the city, Pinchy’s On Tour will be an absolute treat!

Popping up at The Pickers Union in North Geelong on Friday, October 29, the Pinchy’s pop-up promises fresh seafood of the highest quality with the choice to add champagne, wine and desserts to complete the luxe dining experience for when you get home.

Dubbed the ‘Made by the Sea’ tour, you’ll be able to get your hands on mini lobster rolls filled with lobster core and knuckle, finished with mayonnaise, lemon, butter, chopped chives and a secret seasoning, truffle fries with truffle aioli, tuna tacos, crab tacos with avocado mousse, rockling croquettes with miso emulsion and Pinchy’s famed fish pies. The vegan menu includes lion’s mane mushroom rolls, leek croquettes, vegan truffle fries and eggplant tofu. As for dessert,  there’s a white, milk and dark chocolate mousse for those with a sweet tooth. There is the option to select party packs too, which features an array of Pinchy’s favourites.

Drinks-wise, there will be bottled cocktails, including Negronis, Highballs, a spicy margarita and G&Ts, alongside champagne.

If you’re feeling fancy, you can even get your hands on Russian Caviar, but be warned, this stuff doesn’t come cheap.
