Now renowned for its vibing night markets, the Newtown cafe will be brought to life on Thursday, May 11, from 5pm to 8:30pm with a selection of amazing local businesses and talented creatives, including many of those who don’t have their own bricks and mortar stores.
And arriving just ahead of Mother’s Day, this market provides the perfect place to pick up those last minute goodies for the mums or mother figures in your life.
This time around you can expect to find wares from cohen-luxe, a curated online business dedicated to homewares & gifting – with its core centres around glasswares & ceramics based in Torquay; statement earrings from Kissy, a local creative making bright and bold handmade jewellery; and DIPD Nails, the original Australian dip powder nail system that gives you the same sleek salon manicure.
You’ll also find beautiful minimalist jewellery from PL Collective, fine jewellery that ignites joy with equal measure humour and heart; stunning artwork and accessories from Brooke Gregorio; delicious sweets and treats from Sweet Side Baking Co, a new baking project from Jo Ruffin; playdough sensory kits and party favours from Busy Box Creations; and an appearance from Luce Fit Australia, an all female kick-ass training with quality support and an inclusive community.
