It might sound a little unusual, but No Lights No Lycra has been shaking things up since 2009. It’s a global community of dance lovers who gather in more than 75 locations worldwide to let loose, have fun, and dance their hearts out – all while staying sober and turning off the lights. It’s a place where everyone, from mums and dads to students and baristas, can come together and forget about the stresses of the day.

In the dark, you can dance freely, work up a sweat, and let go of whatever’s weighing you down. Whether you’re 12 or 100, you’ll find a space where you can be yourself and enjoy the music without judgment.

So, whether you’re coming to shake off sadness, celebrate joy, or just let loose for an hour, there’s room for you on the dance floor. Bring your vibe – whatever it may be – and let the music take you on a journey.

The dance floor is waiting for you!
