Neighbourhood Youth return with zealous new single

Melbourne outfit Neighbourhood Youth, who recently smashed out the huge Up The Guts tour with Dumb Punts & Loose Tooth, have released their new single, ‘Lately’.

The quartet have become one of the most talked about Melbourne bands over the last year, launching their 2016 self-titled EP to a sold out Workers Club and touring and supporting the likes of WAAX, British India, Dappled Cities & Rackett along the way.

Their newest track is making waves, filled with a rapid fire rhythm section, infectious guitar and vocal melodies – just the way we like it! And have managed to do so in a way that works in a mere two minutes with this one.

The accompanying video clip (edited by Gina Somfleth) is a snapshot of the journey from Melbourne to Darwin, with red deserts, hidden waterholes and a heap of memorable towns and people.

Check out their clip for ‘Lately’ below.
