Following the triumphant release of his EP, Life Upside Down (2023), featuring the standout track ‘Over For You,’ Morgan embarked on a tour that exceeded all expectations. Originally planned for seven headline shows, demand skyrocketed, leading to an extended tour with a total of fourteen headline performances. Morgan’s live album, recorded last September at the Sydney Opera House, is set to be unveiled in the coming months.

Known for “blending Nashville’s southern charm with an unmistakably down-to-earth Aussie spirit” (CountryTown), Morgan Evans has become a household name. With rave reviews and sold-out performances, he’s returning within a year of his last visit, proving that fans just can’t get enough.

In the words of Scenestr, “Morgan had us all night long, singing us country songs, and in a world where a whole lot of things go wrong, they were alright here.” CountryTown echoes the sentiment, noting that “Evans heralds a new chapter in his life, and if the successes of the previous were anything to go by, then country music fans should prepare themselves, as it seems the best is yet to come.”

Despite being on the road, Morgan has continued to create music, releasing ‘Date Night’ with Kita Alexander during his last Australian tour, along with ‘Thank God She’s A Country Girl’ at the end of 2023 and the Christmas track, ‘Christmas In The Backyard’ – rounding off a whirlwind year.
