In 2015, another band climbed out of Geelong’s seemingly endless pool of talent. Modern Divide’s debut show took in the Workers Club in support of Lepers and Crooks; their second show was a headliner.
They’ll return to the venue of mutual love late next month in support of their debut EP, Beneath the Lies.
Vocalist Matt Jelley: “Beneath the Lies tells a story of the darker places you find inside someone when faced with the disappointment, confrontation and challenges of life. How people can hide themselves amongst the chaos and what lies on the other side once some perspective has been learned.”
