Get ready to ska your socks off, the Melbourne Ska Orchestra is back in full force, and they’re headed our way this year with a brand new track and a global tour that’s got “party of the year” written all over it.
The ARIA Award-winning ska legends have just dropped their epic new single ‘Walls of Jericho’, a cinematic, brass-heavy banger that sounds like it was ripped straight from a Spaghetti Western and thrown into a reggae-drenched dancefloor. Think Ennio Morricone meets Jamaican street party — and yeah, it slaps.
But wait, there’s more — the band’s also announced their massive ‘The Ballad of Monte Loco’ tour, which is hitting stages all around the world between July and October 2025. The best part? They’re making two killer local stops right here in Victoria.

With a reputation for explosive live sets and a stage packed full of horns, percussion, and pure joy, Melbourne Ska Orchestra always bring the kind of vibe that leaves the crowd buzzing for days.
“Walls of Jericho” is just the second taste of their upcoming album (which is still under wraps for now), following their 2024 toe-tapper John Wayne. If these tracks are anything to go by, the full record is gonna be fire.
