Melbourne based, self-taught Body Paint artist, Andra Budaie, has always had a passion for all things artistic, creative and colourful.
After opening her own Body Painting business, Inner Colour Body Art, she has built her repertoire through providing services such as kids face painting, live body painting acts, and makeup for photo shoots.
Her passion for this art form led Andra to enter her first body painting competition, taking home the title of UV Artist of the Year at the Australian Body Art Awards 2016, the largest competition of its kind here in Australia.
One success after another, Andra recently arrived back from the 20th annual World Body Painting Festival – the largest body art competition in the world, drawing in thousands of crowds and each and every year in Klagenfurt, Austria.
Here, Andra competed with her entry consisting of a model painted head to toe in UV body paint, as well as creating a three minute show on the theme of ‘Utopia’, using just a model and body paint.
Andra’s efforts earned her first place in the UV Night contest.
