Grab the tongs! The barbeques have been fired as Bendigo and Toowoomba's gathering of grills, Meatstock returns!
Meatstock 2025 is bigger and better than ever, returning with a fun-filled sensory explosion on 7 and 8 March in Toowoomba and 14 and 15 March in Bendigo. Set across two huge days, each event celebrates the best of barbecue culture, live music, and unforgettable good times.
Following a huge 2024 with Chace Beckham at the helm, the festival proudly brings some of the best musical talent to their Jack Daniels live stage including three USA headliners of Chace Rice, Oliver Anthony and Redferrin alongside big gun Brad Cox.

Split across the two nights, the Jack Daniels stage will be ignited by Brad Cox, Seaforth, Lane Pittman, Bella Mackenzie, and Sammy White on the Friday night. On Saturday, the festival’s headliners — Chase Rice (USA), Oliver Anthony (USA), and Redferrin (USA) — will rock the stage, joined by Australia’s very own Taylor Moss, Melanie Dyer, The Wet Whistles, and Dakota East.
“Meatstock is a weekend of like-minded music and barbecue-crazed people, with lots of families hanging out, camping together, and enjoying amazing, authentic barbecue, great music, and really fun entertainment. The energy is amazing!” enthuses Jay Beaumont, Director of Meatstock.
The Que Club and Traeger BBQ DEMO Stage will be action-packed with live pitmaster demonstrations throughout the day. In the BBQ pit yard, national and international teams will battle it out in the Heat Beads BBQ Wars, vying for the title of best in their specific protein category. Meanwhile, the butchers will showcase their skills in the meat-filled showdown, the Butcher Wars.
