Hopefully you’re on the ball when it comes to Melbourne’s fuzz-rock-shoegrunge-shoegaze-whatever else outfit Pretty City. Throughout this month they have been (and will continue to) divide their time between The Workers Club in Melbourne and Geelong. That’s right, buckaroos – it’s double the fun. All this has to do with spreading the good word of their forthcoming debut album, the first single of which is set for release in June. Hitting the scene in late 2012, the band released the EP Heights in late 2013. Last year saw the release of three singles and three national tours. The Workers Club, Geelong – May 20 & 27. With some 250 shows played in a touch over two years, they’ve got it going on.
