The duo have had a fast trajectory on a global level, spending majority of their year touring overseas to sold-out crowds. Back in Australia they can’t avoid the limelight in their music career with 2023 seeing them land four spots in the triple j Hottest 100 and being awarded a Rolling Stone Readers Choice Award. Throughout the course of their career, their albums 14 Steps to a Better You and Permanent Vacation received ARIA nominations, and their wild collaboration with actor/musician/DJ and record label boss Idris Elba earnt them critical acclaim. Outside of music, last year saw the band released their own carbon neutral beer, Largo.
It’s the perfect pairing that they team up with Ball Park Music. The parallel energy and charisma that will radiate from the stage will be too much to bear! Ball Park Music have forged a career out of their impressive live shows, playing stages at Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Groovin’ The Moo and selling out their own headline tours time and time again.
“We’ve been spending so much time overseas, it’s so exciting to come home for our biggest shows yet. We’re putting a lot into making the production and stage set super exciting but as always, we want to make this feel like an intimate 100 capacity party. Ball Park Music are debatably the best band in the country. They’ve been an inspiration to us since we first met 10 years ago. We can’t believe it’s taken this long to tour together”, says Oli and Louis of Lime Cordiale.
